We had such a great experience this time in Las Vegas that we just have to talk about it. We booked our usual hotel (Circus Circus) and we were not let down. The room was spacious and clean with a decent view of the strip. We had booked a room in the Towers but when we got to the hotel we asked for a room in the West Tower (makes a difference if you want ease getting to the casino). The clerk graciously accomodated us with a terrrific room at the end of the hall so that we would not have alot of noise. The room was located close to the elevators so we could get to the entire casino/restaurant area without any inconvenience. We have stayed at some of the higher-end hotels and do not receive the same serivce. We will continue to book at Circus Circus and enjoy the great atmosphere, room and amenities.

Paid for two nights, didn't receive room service. Called for towels and iron. Tolit made sounds like big bubbles. Shower drain didn't drain correctly-had standstill water throughout the shower. Buffet was ok. Checkin/checkout was good and fast. Overall experience was ok, could have been better.

My daughter and I stayed at the Circus Circus Hotel in one of the manor rooms wihich are not IN the hotel. The room was fine, a little moldy in the bathroom due to a shower that ran outside of the tub if the curtain wasn't perfectly situated. The hotel staff was VERY accomodating. When we asked for something, it was brought right away. The walls are thin, so we could hear our noisy neighbors late into the night. But, all in all, for the price we paid we were satisfied.

I deliberately chose Circus Circus because I was traveling with children. I reserved 2 rooms, nonsmoking. I was put in 2 rooms, not joined, smelly, with ash trays outside on the floor (it was 12 th floor). The first clerk ( a woman) very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The second clerk finally changed my rooms to the 19 th floor and it was much better. Las Vegas this summer is very hot and rude people all over. I will not stay in Circus Circus again.
